Landing page privacy notice

Last updated: November 2, 2026

This notice adds details for the consultation pages at dasoplasticsurgeryfl.com (/lp, /es/lp and the confirmation page). It supplements the Daso Plastic Surgery Privacy Policy and Website Terms & Conditions, which continue to apply. Privacy Policy · Website Terms & Conditions

What the form asks for and why

Full name, email, country code and phone number, procedure of interest, preferred timeframe, confirmation that you are 18 or older, and an optional choice about follow-up text messages. These are used to respond to your consultation request and coordinate next steps.

Please do not enter medical records, diagnoses, medications or detailed health information.

When you press Send request after verifying your phone, your contact details and inquiry are forwarded through the clinic's automation service (n8n) to Daso's patient coordination system (Bitrix24). The confirmation you see means the request was handed off for processing; it is not an appointment confirmation.

To prevent the same request from being sent twice, the site keeps a status record in its hosting backend (Lovable Cloud) for about 8 days. It holds only keyed-hash values derived from the request identifier and request contents, a status and times. It contains no name, email, phone number or procedure. Records older than 8 days are removed on an hourly sweep and when new submission reservations are made.

Phone verification code

Before a request can be sent, you are asked to confirm your phone number with a one-time 6-digit code. The code is sent and checked by SMS Alert, a text-message provider. Codes expire after 5 minutes.

When you ask for a code, the completed form is sent to the site's server so the code and its confirmation can be tied to exactly those details. The application validates the details and computes this binding; for verification it does not save the form details in its database or create a patient record. Technical handling by the hosting service is described below. SMS Alert receives your phone number and the code, as required to send the text, and not your name, email or procedure.

To enforce limits on codes and attempts, the site keeps short-lived technical records in its hosting backend (Lovable Cloud). These records hold scrambled (keyed hash) values derived from the phone number, network address and request, plus counters and times. They do not contain the code, your phone number, name, email or procedure. Records older than one hour are removed when a new code is requested and by an hourly cleanup.

The verification code is separate from the optional follow-up text message choice. Requesting a code sends only that one verification text and does not sign you up for ongoing, promotional or follow-up text messages.

Confirmation in your browser

After a request is sent for processing, this page keeps a short confirmation value in the same browser tab (session storage) so the thank-you page can show the right message. It contains no contact details and is cleared when the tab is closed.

Hosting and visit information

Visitor analytics for this site have been turned off. Lovable, which hosts the site, still necessarily processes technical data about requests (such as network address and browser information) to deliver and secure the pages.

Daso has not added optional analytics, Meta or other advertising tracking to these consultation pages. Daso's IT team reports that consultation requests are excluded from its Google Ads export and that nothing is sent to Meta.

The cookie and consent controls on Daso's main website do not apply to these pages.
